I had a fantastic stay with spacious rooms and a top-notch laundry facility that made everything super convenient. I really loved lounging in the peaceful garden and enjoying the beautiful terrace for relaxation. The only small issue was the occasional noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

The Superior King Room was clean and spacious, which was a plus. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. However, the decor felt a bit dated, kinda like a throwback to the '90s. The air conditioning unit was loud and didn’t really cool well, which was annoying. Overall, it got the job done for a night.

Launceston has some hidden culinary gems, like Mekong Vietnamese Restaurant just a hop away. The spacious rooms were a nice surprise too! The location had me strolling to nearby coffee spots like Amelia Espresso.
The decor is pretty tired and smells a bit musty—definitely needs a makeover. The dining options could use a serious upgrade, as the breakfast we had was a letdown.

I found the room spacious and quite clean. The bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant night's sleep. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore local attractions and eateries. I appreciated the friendly staff, who were helpful when I needed assistance. However, the air conditioning felt outdated. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, particularly during hot periods. The breakfast options were disappointing. I expected more variety and freshness. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt some updates are necessary for the comfort factor.

Family stay, decent food
The family loved the dining experience at the hotel restaurant. Even the kid's chicken nuggets were gourmet. It’s a simple thing, but when you have a toddler who’s picky, it makes a big difference.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still reasonable for what we got.
